Store Policy

Order processing typically takes between 2-3 business days. Orders made on Friday will be shipped the following week.

Chocolate products can only be shipped from October 1 to May 31. Due to higher temperatures during summer months, ideal shipping conditions cannot be guaranteed outside of those dates.

All refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Chocolates, Teas, and Perishable Items: Chocolates: Due to the perishable nature of our chocolates, we are unable to accept returns. However, if your chocolates do not arrive in perfect condition, please contact us at info@bleuchocolatvi.com within 48 hours of receiving your items with photos and details, and we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis.
Bleu Chocolàt Merchandise: Returns on non-perishable items are accepted within 15 days of receipt, provided the items are unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and a refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned items.
Chocolatier Workshops: For workshop cancellations, please call us at 340-725-8993 at least four (4) days before the scheduled workshop to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 4 days in advance are nonrefundable and will be credited toward a future workshop.

Use of Website: This website is offered for your use conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices listed.

Product Descriptions: We strive to ensure that product descriptions and images are as accurate as possible, but we do not warrant that these descriptions are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders relating to such error.
Order Acceptance: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
Shipping and Delivery: Shipping dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.
Intellectual Property: All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Bleu Chocolát.
Limitation of Liability: In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind related to this agreement.
Governing Law: This agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of it will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the store is based.
