Bleu Chocolàt hosts hands-on workshops every week, perfect for both adults and children to learn the secrets for crafting delicious chocolate — from the history of chocolate to tempering, decorating, and design. You’ll tap into your inner chocolatier and discover the joy of creating and tasting your own artisanal treats.

About Workshops

  • All workshops are hosted in our downtown Christiansted store. Here is a link to Google Maps directions to our address: 1104 Strand Street, Suite 7 Christiansted, US Virgin Islands 00820.

  • Kids-only workshops are for four children ages 5 to 12 years old, and all children must be accompanied by a spectating adult.

  • Workshops are typically between 60-90 minutes.

  • Our workshops are held in the factory where we process our chocolates, and we handle nuts and nut products as a part of our chocolate making process. We therefore cannot guarantee a nut-free environment.

  • Nothing! Just please alert us of any food allergies or intolerances you may have. We offer bottled water at all Bleu Chocolàt workshops.

  • Yes! We offer a variety of chocolate experiences for up to eight (8) adults. Give us a call at 340-725-8993 to book.

  • Please call us at 340-725-8993 to cancel your reservation at least four (4) days before the workshop to receive a full refund. Reservations that are canceled less than four (4) days before a class are non-refundable.

  • All our chocolate comes from cacao trees in the rainforest during harvest season. When not in season, we use Barry Callebaut.
