Pastry Chef Erika Dupree Cline is an award-recognized chocolatier and the owner of Bleu Chocolàt, a luxury chocolate brand rooted in craftsmanship, culture, and resilience. With more than 30 years of experience, her career began under America’s first certified Master Chef, Milos Cihelka, and has since spanned the United States and the Caribbean.

A James Beard alumna, Chef Erika has been featured at the James Beard House and Awards Gala, appeared on Bravo’s Top Chef Just Desserts, served as a judge for the Food Network, and was a national spokesperson for Publix Supermarkets. She has held leadership and creative roles at notable institutions including Graycliff Chocolatier in the Bahamas and as a brand ambassador for Barry Callebaut.

In 2008, she founded Culinary Wonders USA, a nonprofit dedicated to mentoring and expanding access to the culinary arts for minorities. Her philanthropic work has supported organizations across the U.S. and Caribbean, including raising over $36,000 for the United Negro College Fund.

Founded in 2016, Bleu Chocolàt has evolved from a boutique atelier in Tortola, BVI, into a celebrated chocolate brand. In 2023, Chef Erika opened Bleu Chocolàt Workshop in St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands, where she crafts fine chocolate using locally grown cacao, continuing a legacy defined by excellence, perseverance, and passion.
