All refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase or to a gift card.
Chocolates, Teas, and Perishable Items: Chocolates: Due to the perishable nature of our chocolates, we are unable to accept returns. However, if your chocolates do not arrive in perfect condition, please contact us at info@bleuchocolatvi.com within 48 hours of receiving your items with photos and details, and we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis.
Bleu Chocolàt Merchandise: Returns on non-perishable items are accepted within 15 days of receipt, provided the items are unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and a refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned items.
Chocolatier Workshops: For workshop cancellations, please call us at 340-725-8993 at least four (4) days before the scheduled workshop to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 4 days in advance are nonrefundable and will be credited toward a future workshop.
