Truffle Making Workshop

Master the art of chocolate tempering while crafting seasonal truffles from 1 lb of premium chocolate, inspired by Valentine’s Day, Easter, and Mother’s Day. Adult workshops include a charcuterie mini board with sweet and savory pairings and bottomless wine. Bottled water is provided. Each 90-minute class features a brief exploration of chocolate’s history. Young adult workshops (ages 12–16) are available for $75—an elegant, hands-on experience perfect for spring celebrations.
